Members of the BCS will be aware that the Court sat yesterday. Five serious cases were heard, all resulting in guilty verdicts being returned by the Magistrates. Each of the accused was sentenced to 'on the spot' corporal punishments and they were then taken to the cells below to await execution of sentence in the punishment room. Each prisoner was given a medical examination by Dr Ann who checked heart, buttocks and other parts, for signs of weakness - all prisoners were found fit for thrashing! After the medical WPC Money-Penny marched the prisoners on a chain to the punishment room where Madam Rattan and Miss Torment executed their sentences without clemency. Afterwards the prisoners had their buttocks photographed for their offender record file.

A Court Reporter was present and a report of the proceedings will appear on the BCS forum shortly. Those guilty parties who were dealt with yesterday are however encouraged to give as full and accurate account of their punishments as they dare under this thread.

The Court sat for sure, I imagine that one or two had a little trouble/discomfort sitting on their journey home.

The Court Reporter was in attendance and we should receive his report in due course.

I did notice that there was a little too much frivolity in court, particularly from one court official and one particularly lascivious defendant who seemed to think his offences were quite ok and spent much of his time 'leering' at WPC MoneyPenny. I have no doubt in my mind however, that they will be dealt with at the next sitting, if not before.

Dr Ann and WPC MoneyPenny were very welcome additions to the court staff and gave a very thorough examination in the cells to ensure fitness for punishment, I am eternally grateful for their considerable help.

Miss Torment is a wonderful Chief Magistrate and was well able to see the layers of excuses piled on by defendants and barristers alike and incisively ended these 'dead ends'. I have requested that she be Chief Magistrate at the next Assizes, but I fear that paperwork will need to be considerably reduced before she agrees. Cases will need to be discussed in advance (I could see the hour allotted was NOT used productively).

All defendants took their punishment stoically (the gag helped) and defendants are to be praised for accepting punishment without question.

As a private hearing mine was the first case to be heard - charged with peeping into a ladies changing room at a dance studio, plus resisting arrest for this infraction.

Prior to being punished I was taking downstairs made to strip off and change into a ladies leotard, then chained to a wall for ages while I contemplated my fate.

Eventually I was brought up to have my case heard. Due to being caught red-handed I plead guilty, however this did not mean an easy time in court. I was to be given a taste of my own medicine and had to parade before the court in lingerie, much to their amusement.

At the conclusion of the hearings I was chained up along with the other miscreants, marched upstairs to the court & lined up to hear or verdicts. 48 strokes of the riding crop & 24 of the tawse for my misdeeds.

Quite fun

I was not appointed the court reporter but I would like to add my comments.

The Court of Assizes North East was held on Saturday 25th July at a fetish hotel near Durham at 12noon.

There were four Mistresses in attendance with Mistress Torment taking the Chair of the Court ably assisted by Madam Rattan. Mistress Ann acted as a witness, and Doctor for the medical inspections held after the hearings and prior to sentences being carried out. Mistress Money-Penny played the part of custody officer escorting defendants into court and then as a WPC giving evidence before final acting as a prison officer assisting Mistress Ann with pre-sentencing duties.

Apart from naughtybantam the miscreants included Jim Nixon, Justin Stripes, Philip and myself. We all took turns in playing the court officials such as Clerk of the Court, Prosecuting and Defence Barristers.

Each case was heard individually and defendants and witnesses were sworn in Cases began with the prosecution outlining their case with expert details from witnesses, formed from a panel of three people who were not defendants nor were they receiving any punishments. Every defendant had his own defence with evidence and one defendant provided actual samples to back his story.

After the facts had been put forward the defence barrister then outlined his case. At times the proceedings were quite serious and factual but there was a certain amount of ad-libbing by the legal teams which did provide plenty of fun.

Each case lasted about 30 minutes whereupon the Chair called a halt ad announced that sentences would be pronounced at the end of all the hearings.

When all the cases had been heard Mistress Money-penny escorted all the defendants down to the cells (dungeon) whereupon they were met by Mistress Ann acting as a Doctor. Each miscreant was called individually by the ladies to undergo a naked medical inspection to determine fitness for punishment. During the inspections everyone received a bare bottom hand spanking from both ladies as a warm up.

At the end of this all the miscreants were chained up together to form a line and escorted back upstairs by Mistress Money-penny to receive from the Magistrates (Mistress Torment and Madam Rattan) their sentences. This was done by the Chair in a most formal manner. All were found guilty.

It was then time for punishments to begin with each miscreant, in turn, placed over a whipping bench, bottom bared, to receive their punishment. Everyone got the cane and some the tawse and whip and all had glowing bottoms at the end.

The event ended at 5pm and everyone was given to opportunity to make comments about how they thought the day went for them.

It must be remembered that whilst the actual court hearings are based upon real courtroom action all participants are there to enjoy themselves and a certain amount of fun during the hearings was allowed.

All punishments were for real and given by either Mistress Torment or Madam Rattan in serious fashion.

After the initial court session it was always going to be difficult to better the first sitting of the court. However the second sitting was even better,same personel and great settings yet still the cut and thrust of the courtroom.
As prosecuting barrister on the first case I felt confident or success despite the gallant 'can't remember' defence of Mr Stripes. Being defence barrister was'nt as straight forward. Any attempts to fool the magistrates with some tomfoolery was quickly spotted by both magistrates and additional punishments were added later.
As for my case I actually thought my defence had done a pretty good job and thought there was a chance of a not guilty verdict. Again the magistrates managed to see through the smokescreen and arrived at a guilty verdict.
After a thorough medical examination we were marched back into the courtroom for our punishment which was duly administered by Miss Torment and Madam Rattan.
They may have been a bit of joviality at times during the cases but the punishments were handed out in a particularly sombre mood, Justin Stripes in particular feeling the full wrath of the bench.
Another excellent day the only drawback being the long gap untill the next sitting.

I am an habitual criminal who after a long criminal career had finally been sentenced to indefinite judicial corporal punishment. This places me under the permanent supervision of my Punishment Officer, Madam Rattan, who has the duty to thrash me as she finds necessary to keep my wicked criminal tendencies in check.

In May Madam Rattan had issued a summons for me to attend a session of corporal punishment. Not only had I failed to attend at the time summoned but I had rudely and offensively defied her authority. Furthermore my non-attendance had caused her considerable inconvenience and embarrassment because my punishment was to have been a demonstration of technique for a group of trainee Punishment Officers.

Under the terms of my indefinite corporal punishment order I am forbidden to enter premises that provide sexual titillation or the consumption of alcohol, nor am I permitted to associate with felons.

I was charged with breaching the terms of my licence on all counts by being found in a sexual embrace with one Madge Allsop, a convicted felon, on the premises of a lap dancing club, while clearly under the influence of alcohol.

My defence that I had amnesia and Tourettes syndrome due to a bump on the head was dismissed as clearly incredible by the bench and I was duly found guilty on all counts.

As someone who was already under a judicial corporal punishment regime the bench judged that my punishment was required to be particularly severe, if nothing else to act as an example and a deterrent for the other miscreants who were in the court that day.

Accordingly I received 48 strokes of the senior cane inflicted at maximum judicial force by my appointed Punishment Officer, Madam Rattan, which made a considerable impact on both my bottom and, I am informed, those who witnessed the proceedings.

Later that evening Madam Rattan was obliged to order me back into custody in the dungeon to receive a further 2 dozen strokes, including 6 of the best from a Whangee cane that she had recently acquired and needed to road test.

In the interval between the original punishment and the subsequent 2 dozen my bottom had become really quite sore and tender, which made the subsequent lashes particularly agonising, which was of course the express intention of the Punishment Officer.

Well we have held our second Court Assizes in the North East near Durham and from the reports here it would appear that everyone had an enjoyable day.

However there were 4 mistresses present and I was wondering if any of them would like to make a report of how they saw their part in the day's events.
